Food and Beverage Sales Manager will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:
- Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel
- Communicate with target customers and manage guests relationship
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
- Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
- Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
- Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
- Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports.
