Job description Cook :
  1. Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
  2. Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
  3. Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
  5. Handle and store ingredients and food
  6. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  7. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
  8. Execute opening and closing procedures
  9. Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
  10. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  11. Monitor station inventory levels
  12. Accommodate guest special requests
  13. Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
