2. Chef De Partie
3. Restaurant Supervisor
4. Trainee (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Food & Beverage Product)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation from Hotel Management School.
• Possess good English.
• Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in a similar position (1,2,3).
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiar with labor law, recruitment and legal requirements (1).
• Experienced in providing training and developing training programs and materials (1).
• Thorough understanding of training processes (1).
• Passionate and good at Indonesian cooking are preferable (2).
• Have passion and knowledge in Food & Beverage Service (3).
• Able to manage and supervise restaurant staff and ensuring the service sequences are applied (3).
• Relevant education background (4).
