General Requirements :
• Cosmetology or other spa-related experience.
• A good track record of leading and developing a passionate spa team
• Proven experience minimum 2 years in similar position
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant spa software
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have results and service-oriented for details
