Stellar Capsule Seminyak features accommodation with a restaurant, pool, bar and shared lounge is looking for a well-groomed, friendly Female Front Desk to be responsible for welcoming guests.
Responsibilities
-Checking guests in and out.
-Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
-Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
-Check, sort and forward emails
-Monitor Hostels supplies and place orders when necessary
-Answer questions and address complaints
-Assigning room/bed to guests and informing guest about our Hostels facilities and services.
-Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
Requirements
-Diploma qualification or equivalent.
-Previous hospitality experience min 1 year would be advantageous.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
-Well-presented and professional appearance.
-Able to join immediately
Only shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and have the opportunity to travel overseas to Singapore for short orientation.
