Job description:

(a). Examine the dining room before each meal service

     and ensure it is ready with all the necessary supplies.

(b). Manage staff schedules and encourage top-notch customer service.

(c). Resolve customer complaints.

(d). Create daily expense reports and sales summaries.

(e). open for new ideas and has a growth mindset

(f). Agreed to work in shift system

General Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience as FB Asst Manager, Dining Room Manager, Fine Dining Manager

- Excellent English level for daily communication with expat owner

- Age maximum 40 years old

- Other qualification & job detail will be describe during interview session

Benefits:

Basic salary: start IDR 10.000.000 – 15.000.000 (based on experiences)
