You will be responsible to assist General Manager with his day-to-day responsibilities, i.e. to ensure the smooth operations front office, housekeeping and landscape and to maintain high levels of service according to the standards set for Amankila.
Director of Rooms
So, if you have the following qualities:
- Director of rooms / Room Division Manager background to responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of front office, housekeeping and landscape.
- Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
- A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector
- Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Overseeing all room division operation to deliver an excellent guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives
- Interviews will be held immediately for the selected candidates.
