We are hiring highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the position of Head Butler.

Requirements: 

• - Prven 3 years’ experience in similar position at 5* star hotels/luxury villas brands is preferred.
• - Storong English language command.
• - Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• - Understands the brand's service culture.
• - High level of self-confidence, enthusiasm and initiative.
• - Well groomed, motivated and a team player.
• - Possess ability to deal with difficult situations
• - Must be a self-starter, coach & mentor who can inspire the team to perform their best.
• - Able to join immediately.

• - Leads a team of butlers and acts as a role model.
• - To constantly monitor guest service level, ensuring a maximum guest satisfaction.
• - Review arrival list to welcome the guest.
• - Greats guest upon arrival with warm welcome and personalize service.
• - Offer attentive assistance and accompany guests during the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience, and providing support with luggage handling
• - Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timly and efficient manner.
• - Ensure that areas of Villa are cleaned & maintained to the highest standard.
• - Provide breakfast for the guest.
• - Liaise with HSK to ensure standards are maintained, especially in terms Housekeeping service, turndown and special arrangemnt.
• - Liaise with F&B to ensure table reservation, amenities and possible allergies are well communicated.
• - Gather, summarize, and provide information to the guest about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and villas activities.
• - Recording guest history: F&B like/ dislike, preference in the room, etc.
• - Inspects guestrooms on a daily basis.
• - Handling guest complaint.
• - Improve skills and continue training for personal or team development as well as better service toguests
