Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for operational excellence and a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of over 100 properties, set to triple within the next 2 years, at our main office in Berawa, Canggu, Bali.

Location: Berawa, Canggu, Bali
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our extensive property portfolio, ensuring a seamless and outstanding guet experience.
- Lead a dedicated team of professionals across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and service excellence.
- Implement and uphold operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all properties.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize occupancy rates, and enhance profitability in line with our ambitious expansion plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Operational Manager and Managing Director to align property operations with company-wide goals and standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including financial results, guest satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency.
- Champion innovation by introducing new technologies, processes, and initiatives to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Foster open communication and strong relationships with property owners, serving as a trusted and effective liaison.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health, and safety requirements within each property.
- Lead crisis management efforts, demonstrating agility in handling unexpected challenges and emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in Hotels or a management company, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of reporting mechanisms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with property owners.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of translating high-level vision into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative hospitality technologies.
- Previous experience in multi-property management is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and upholding company values.
- International exposure, such as studying or working abroad, will be a plus.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional languages will be a plus
