As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our dining experience. At our villa, we take pride in our commitment to exquisite dining and personalized service. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience at Sous Chef level
- Solid background and Strong leadership
- Relevant experience and skill to the position applied
- Has good knowledge An excellent overall knowledge of kitchen operations
- Fluent English & Communicative
- Able to perform under high pressure in busy situation
- Great personality, young, fun, energetic and outgoing personality
- Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
- Able to join immediately and domicile in Bali
Responsibilities:
Maintain exceptional food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and wastage to maximize profitability.
Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative cooking techniques and ingredients into the menu.
