Qualifications :

  • The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,

  • Expertise in delivering exceptional service and a genuine enthusiasm for the world of hospitality.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, capable of unifying the team and making well-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrates skills in problem solving, handling both customer inquiries and team dynamics.
  • Passionate in food and beverage industry trends and emerging concepts to identify new ideas and opportunities for the business.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality industry in management position
  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills

This job has responsibilities :

Service Excellence: Handling inquiries and complaints, the floor manager ensures high-quality customer service and positive interactions.

Leadership and Direction: guides the team, assigns tasks, and ensures company standards are upheld.

Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on customer needs and operational details to provide excellent customer experiences.

Streamlined Efficiency: With a focus on efficiency, the floor manager monitors workflows, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvement strategies.

Guidance and Growth: Embracing a mentoring role, the floor manager coaches the team, evaluates performances, and provides valuable feedback.

Safety and Security: Maintaining a secure environment, the floor manager enforces safety protocols and promptly addresses any potential hazards.

Effective Communication: As a communication link, the floor manager relays goals, policies, and feedback between upper management and the team, resulting in productive reports.
