RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the resort

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

• Ensure that sales team effectively meets with customers need and achieve company targets

• Provide regular training to team members and other parties to provide professional customized service

• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers and other parties

• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tourism / Business / Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with specific experience in the hospitality industry, especially for the European market

• Proficiency in e-Commerce system

• Proven track record of creating sales and marketing strategies, achieving sales and marketing targets, and driving revenue growt

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Passionate on delivering great quality of customer service
