• Experience with development drawing, BOQ, topography, soil test, etc.
• Able to analyze and supervise the projects completion (time schedule and quality standard).
• Have a good communication skill with clients, team and third party.
• Have skill in negotiation with contractors and buyers.
• Have knowledge about license related to Projects (Deep Well, SLO, PBG/SLF, etc).
• Able to analyze contract prices (structural, architectural & MEP).
• Able to join immediately.
