Job Duties (including but not limited)

Ensure BBQ section operation is running smooth, efficient and safe

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Raw food preparation under an organisation standard and procedures

Stock control and ordering

Minimise food wastage at any time, report and record any food wastage

Maintain kitchen cleaning

Requirements

• Willing to take challenge in Chinese workplace environment
• A positive, open mind and willing to learn attitude
• 1 year previous working experience in culinary environment (any cuisine) or culinary school graduated student is also welcome.
