Executive Butler Coordinator - Prior experience as a butler or in a high-end hospitality role is required. - Experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Adaptable and proactive in problem-solving. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. - Able to work as a team and ability to work under pressure. - Well-groomed, cheerful & able to join immediately. Job Responsibility: - Recruit, train, supervise executive butlers and act as support. - Schedule shifts and manage daily operations of the executive butler team. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching. - Coordinate executive butler services. 2. Bell Driver - Has experience in the same field minimum 2 years. - Enthusiastic and energetic personality. - Good in English both written and spoken. - Guest service-oriented. - Able to drive a luxury car & must have an A driving license. Job Description: - Greet the guest first and always open the car door for them. - Responsible for the hotel vehicle including washing and maintenance. - Standby all the time of his/her shift to pick up/drop the arrival/departure guest. - Ensure to fill up the fuel before starting service. - Communicate well in English. - Assist the guest with their luggage to/from the car.
