Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Human Relation & Development action plan and make sure that departments’ programming in line with the value of the company.
Maintain an open management culture where every team member feels being respected and comfortable to share ideas and thoughts.
Prepare and update the payroll master file for all changes in employee data, resignation and joiners before payroll is processed.
Plan and execute Personnel Social Activities (outings, sports, social events etc.)
Solve confidentially regarding all personnel matters with respect by listen attentively, verifying, and confirming matters.
To establish a good relationship with the local community, collaborate and work together to implement the resort’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Prepare all the necessary documents of each member of staff to be submitted to the social security office by the financial team.
To coordinate with all HOD to conduct employee appraisal and performance evaluation and make sure employee recognition program is well implemented.
Conduct recruitment, welcome all new staff, conduct the orientation including introduction presentation, etc.
Review all departments training feedback and regularly check of the department
training implementation.
To be representing the company in collaborating with school and university in student internship program.
Provide general administrative support to the Resort Manager in order to run the resort operation smoothly and efficiently.
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of resort Human Resources experience.
Have been part of mass hiring process.
Preopening experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality who is interested in listening to people’s perspective before judging.
Enjoy taking challenges and see new tasks as opportunities to gain personal development.
Good command of the English language.
A creative mind who likes to innovate the approach of HR Department.
The ability to thoroughly analyze issues in order to make a mindful decision.
Understands how to effectively communicate and build strong internal and external relationships.
Takes pride in being extremely well-organized and prepared at all times.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understands payroll preparation.
Understands BPJS regulations.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
