Job Description
Handle enquiries concerning reservations and ensure that all enquiries are replied within 24 hours.
Giving recommendations for alternative hotels/villas to our customers.
Checking availability, follow up confirmation, amendments or cancellation.
Coordinate with all business partners such as hotels, villas, suppliers to make reservations according to the clients requirement.
Input reservation data and ensure that all data is accurately entered on the reservation report/system.
Follow up pre-payment or deposit for all reservations received.
Requirements
Fluent in English language, both written and verbal.
Min. 1 year experience at the same position in the hotel/travel industry.

The Slow Suites Kitchen & Bar in Canggu, is seeking a Receptionist with Night Audit skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during the night shift while also performing night audit duties. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in front desk operations, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Receptionist :
Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival during the night shift
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
Night Audit:
Perform night audit procedures accurately and efficiently
Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including charges and credits
Balance and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records
Prepare reports on revenue, occupancy, and other night audit-related data
Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods
Conduct a thorough audit of the hotel's systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Preference for male candidate
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in using hotel property management systems VHP
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and guest accounts
Ability to run night audits during the night shift
