Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more, according to our high-quality standards.
Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Create latte art and consistently aim to improve presentation skills.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety guidelines
Ensure a well-stocked inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other essential items.
Collaborate with team members to uphold the coffee shop's reputation for excellence.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
