Ideally, our ideal candidate has honed their skills in restaurants known for serving high-quality, sophisticated Western fare. While prior experience with Western ownership is preferred, it is not mandatory. Consideration will also be given to candidates with a background in Western cuisine within the luxury hotel sector. However, we encourage talented chefs who may have limited exposure to Western cuisine to apply if they possess a strong aptitude for fast learning or believe they can easily master a Western-oriented menu.Our desired Chef is not only passionate about cooking but also possesses an innovative spirit, constantly seeking creative ways to enhance dishes. We invite chefs who bring fresh ideas to the table, striving for continuous improvement in both flavor and presentation, emulating the standards of a fine dining establishment. We specifically seek Chefs who are hands-on and willing to lead by example, ensuring they are actively involved in the cooking process. Candidates must excel under pressure, demonstrate efficiency in the kitchen, and uphold meticulous standards of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to international and Western hygiene protocols. Effective communication skills are crucial, as the role requires exceptional leadership, the ability to inspire and motivate the team, and occasional authoritative decision-making.Additionally, we are looking for talented sous chefs who are ready to embark on the next chapter of their careers and aspire to become chefs. As part of our assessment process, sous chefs will undergo a probationary phase to evaluate their skills and capabilities, determining their potential to lead our kitchen as sous chef and potentially progress to the position of chef.Fluency in English is an essential requirement for all applicants, without exception. We are seeking team members with charisma, personality, drive, and quick learning ability.
