Tribal is however a ‘start-up’ company – which means that things can get a little crazy at times! If you are expecting a ‘regular’, ‘standard’ ‘9 to 5’ kind of job then this probably isn’t the one for you. The right candidate for Tribal will be comfortable operating in a start-up environment, meaning they can comfortably start from a ‘blank page’ with no existing ‘way of doing things’. Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to deal with changing and competing priorities will be key – as will excellent Communication skills, both Internal and External.
