Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Membantu dalam persiapan bahan makanan, termasuk membersihkan, mengupas, dan memotong bahan makanan

• Mengikuti resep dan petunjuk dengan teliti untuk memastikan kualitas dan konsistensi hidangan.

• Mendukung Chef dan Senior Cook dalam berbagai tugas dapur.

• Menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi dapur tetap terjaga.

• Membantu dalam mengelola stok dan inventarisasi bahan makanan.

• Bertanggung jawab atas tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh manajemen dapur.

Persyaratan:

• Motivasi tinggi dan semangat untuk bekerja di bidang kuliner.

• Tidak dibutuhkan pengalaman sebelumnya, tetapi pengalaman sebelumnya di kitchen atau restoran akan menjadi nilai tambah

• Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan berkomunikasi dengan baik.

• Kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip kebersihan dapur dan sanitasi makanan.

• Kemampuan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menjaga tingkat energi yang tinggi.

• Keinginan untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam peran ini.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our extensive property portfolio, ensuring a seamless and outstanding guet experience.

- Lead a dedicated team of professionals across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and service excellence.

- Implement and uphold operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all properties.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize occupancy rates, and enhance profitability in line with our ambitious expansion plans.

- Collaborate closely with the Operational Manager and Managing Director to align property operations with company-wide goals and standards.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including financial results, guest satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor'sdegree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in Hotels or a management company, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of reporting mechanisms.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with property owners.

- Strategic mindset with a track record of translating high-level vision into actionable plans.

- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.

- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative hospitality technologies.

- Previous experience in multi-property management is a significant advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
