Lastly, we welcome bartenders who are ready to take the next stride, transitioning into the position of a waiter, and potentially even a junior sommelier.Candidates with existing wine knowledge possess a higher advantage, though we are also receptive to applicants who possess basic wine knowledge and demonstrate a genuine interest in expanding their expertise in this field. Our owner, a holder of the WSET Level 4 Diploma and a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, serves as an exceptional source of inspiration, providing candidates with the opportunity to become experts in the realm of wine.Fluency in English is an absolute must, with no exceptions. We are open to considering candidates who are newer to the industry, provided they possess the essential attributes of charisma, personality, drive, and quick learning ability.
