Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, masure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation sandards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

We are seeking a talented and experienced of Butler position to join at our luxurious villa in Canggu, Bali. As a Butler, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and refined experience for our guests. You will be responsible for anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs, maintaining the highest standards of service, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running Errands and Short Trips: Using a golf buggy or other means to efficiently handle various guests requests.

• Handling Luggage: : Assisting guests with the unpacking and packing.

• Providing food and beverage service to guests in a formal and professional manner.

• Bartending: Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, as per guests' preferences.

• Managing and coordinating guests' schedules

• Ensuring that bar and service standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently maintained.

• Managing inventory and procurement of supplies required for the bar and service operations.

• Special Event Service: Overseeing and providing service for special events such as cooking classes, BBQs, or cocktail parties.

• Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable cleanliness throughout the villa

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-years proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of etiquette and formal service standards.

• Strong attention to detail and impeccable grooming.

• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.

• Outstanding communication in English and interpersonal skills.

• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Certification from a recognized hospitality or butler school is a plus.
