Bali Farm House are in search of an energetic personality for taking care our lovely Animals.
JOB ROLE:
1. Experience in ecology, conservation biology, wildlife management, or related disciplines.
2. The ability to integrate expertise in animal medicine to population management.
3. Experience with wild animal immobilization, necropsy or Parasitology.
4. Experience developing and implementing surveillance and management plans to identify and mitigate wildlife disease
5. Examine, diagnose and treat zoo animals (who are often anesthetized for examination) and may perform surgery, administer medication.
6. Helping to plan animal diets.
7. Maintaining hygiene at Zoo clinic, farm & nursery.?
8. Professional medical report writing.
9. Building a network among local, regional and international vets.
10. Contribute to animal environment design
11. Conducts postmortem studies and analyses.
12. Supervise the quarantine process of animals coming in to the zoo.
13. Interact frequently with other zoo personnel about animal health maintenance, disease prevention or treatment approaches.
14. Perform research on topics such as disease prevention or wildlife conservation measures.
15. Cooperates with zoo personnel to exchange information concerning care of animals,?to arrange transfer, or trade of animals
16. Wiling to work as team and fast respond for 24 hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Knowledge of general veterinary principles, practices, and procedures (performing complex surgery, using medical equipment).
2. Experienced in maintaining health and preventive action in livestock (horses, donkey, alpaca, etc.) is preferred.
3. Having knowledge in farm & stable health management
4. Experience developing and implementing surveillance and management plans to identify and mitigation disease.
5. Knowledge of research design statistical analyses, technical and popular report writing
6. Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and as a team member.
7. Ability to train other staff.?
8. Ability to work under pressure in minimum supervision and taking decision.
9. Ability to delegate appropriately according to skills and abilities of staff.
10. Good interpersonal skill, communication skill pleasant.
11. Good stamina for field working.
12. Willing to work anywhere in Bali
13. Having official license at least STRV, Sertifikat Kompetensi
