We are looking for qualified and dynamic talent to joint our success team for the following position :

1. Purchasing (Staff Contract).

2. FO Supervisor – Male Max 30 years old.

3. Security DW – Male Max 40 years old.

With qualification :

- Minimum experience at 4/5 star hotels.

- Minimum Diploma I majoring in Hospitality.

- Positive attitude, well groomed & outgoing personality, Driving License A is a must (for FO Supervisor).

- Fluent English, other language will be advantages, familiar with VHP system & minimum 1 years experience as FO Supervisor.

- Have a Certificate Garda Pratama for Security DW.

- Strong communication skills, detail oriented, excellent negotiation skills &hard worker.

- Strong motivation and willingness to work as a team or as an individual with a positive attitude.

- Ready to work immediately.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of The Ridge property, ensurig excellent customer satisfaction and service. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing the guest experience, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for each guest.

Qualifications

- Min. 2 years of experience within 5* star hotels/luxury villa brands in the same role is advantageous.

- Fluent in Eglish written and spoken.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and team management skills.

- Able to join immediately.

- Have experience in the pre-opening team.

Responsibilities

- Handling inquiries and complaints, the floor manager ensures high-quality customer service and positive interactions.

- Guides the team, assigns tasks, and ensures company standards are upheld.

- Focused on customer needs and operational details to provide excellent customer experiences.

- With a focus on efficiency, the floor manager monitors workflows, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvement strategies.

- Embracing a mentoring role, the floor manager coaches the team, evaluates performances, and provides valuable feedback.

- Maintaining a secure environment, the floor manager enforces safety protocols and promptly addresses any potential hazards.
