1. Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
2.  Scheduling and Posting: Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media posts to ensure a consistent social presence. Monitor posting schedules and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines
3. Community Engagement: Interact with the Social Media Community staff to assist in responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster positive interactions and maintain a professional and friendly tone
4. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Share relevant insights with the team and propose strategies to capitalize on trends
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns
7. Content Calendar: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule
8. Content Idealization: Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that engage and captivate our audience
9. Paid Marketing: Able to run basic paid marketing for social media boost campaigns

Qualifications:

•     Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations
•     Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and writing
•     Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
•     Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
•     Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends
