About The Role:

Highly creative and versatile Photographer, Videographer, and Content Creator to join our marketing and media production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content to support our marketing campaigns and create engaging multimedia assets for various platforms.

Core Work Activities:

Photography:

• Capture high-resolution photographs of products, events, and promotional materials.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure consistent branding and image quality.

Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media.
• Operate and maintain video equipment and accessories.
• Collaborate with the team to develop storyboards and scripts.

Content Creation:

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual content.
• Create and design visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, and email marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Equipment and Maintenance:

• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of digital media files.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and copywriters, to deliver cohesive content.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Photographer, Videographer, and Content Creator or a related role, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with photography and videography equipment and editing software
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with current social media and content marketing trends.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities:

2.  Scheduling and Posting: Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media posts to ensure a consistent social presence. Monitor posting schedules and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines
3. Community Engagement: Interact with the Social Media Community staff to assist in responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster positive interactions and maintain a professional and friendly tone
4. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Share relevant insights with the team and propose strategies to capitalize on trends
