About The Role:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, and managing staff to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.
Core Work Activities:
Operational Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Customer Service:
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and improve overall customer experience.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Schedule employee shifts and manage payroll.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Financial Management:
Monitor and control restaurant budget and expenses.
Maximize profitability and revenue through effective cost control.
Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Quality Control:
Ensure food and service quality meet established standards.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Implement quality improvement initiatives.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and advertising.
Monitor market trends and competition.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in English language, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes.
- Strong customer service skills are crucial for ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation systems, and other restaurant management software.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Budgeting and cost management capabilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
