3. Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pelaksanaan perjalanan berjalan sesuai harapan.
4. Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dengan efisien dan memberikan solusi kreatif jika terjadi perubahan atau kendala.
5. Melakukan pencatatan reservasi dengan akurat dalam sistem perusahaan.
6. Berpatisipasi dalam pembuatan konten - konten marketing.

Kualifikasi:

• Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang  baik dalam bahasa Inggris.
• Kemampuan multitasking dan memprioritaskan tugas dengan baik.
• Bisa mengemudikan kendaraan (Mobil)
• Fleksibel, proaktif, dan dapat bekerja dalam tim.
• Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan
