• We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.

• Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory

• Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

SALES EXECUTIVE

• Act as the property Sales & Marketing representative, liaising and collaborating with corporate tea

• Conduct regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and actively seek new sales lead

• Drive ancillary sales, maintaining an attractive promotional calendar and creating simple marketing collateral

• Property champion of S&M related IT platforms, including: social media (IG/FB), web application, reputation management, revenue analytics etc.

• Coordinate all events, groups, famtrips/site inspections on property

 ASST. VILLA/HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in Housekeeping department

• Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience

• Comfortable with administering HSK resources and inventory control

• Butler and/or F&B service experience highly desirable

• Strong team player with attention to detail, passionate trainer

• Excellent customer service ambassador

• Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion

SPA THERAPIST

• One year of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist

• Professional Spa qualification desirable

• Experience in various massage techniques, as well as manicure/pedicure, and face/body therapies

• Excellent customer service skills and good spoken English communicatio
