Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa semua listingan produk dan layanan di platform OTA/OMA selalu up-to-date.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola dan memperbarui listingan produk dan layanan di platform OTA dan OMA.

Memastikan semua informasi produk, harga, deskripsi, dan gambar sesuai dengan standar dan akurat.

Mengoptimalkan konten listingan untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan penjualan.

Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok dan kesesuaian data produk.

Menganalisis performa listingan dan melakukan penyesuaian untuk meningkatkan konversi.

Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan terkait listingan di OTA/OMA.

Memantau tren pasar untuk memastikan listingan tetap kompetitif.

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman di bidang e-commerce atau posisi terkait.

Kemampuan komunikasi (Bahasa Inggris) dan interpersonal yang baik.

Inisiatif dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

4. Have an in-depth knowledge of the outlet menu and seating/area capacity to promote interactively hence optimal revenue is achieved. Monitor and control seating availability

5. Escorting guest to the seat/table and accompanying them for a short period of time. Ensure the clients feel welcomed and use this opportunity upsell

6. Able to explain the product offerings to the client in charming yet eloquent manners.

7. Act as a Public Relations expert in the outlet.

8. Be responsible for outlet reservation. Coordinate with Floor Supervisor for seat blockings.

9. Liaise with other Service, Bar and Kitchen Team as necessary in case of group reservation etc.

10. Build up relationship with client to promote brand loyalty and invite client to visit the outlet proactively
