1. Be an attractive ambassador who creates positive vibe and fun experience for the client.

3. To provide a professional and personalized 1st point of contact for all client arriving to the outlet.

4. Have an in-depth knowledge of the outlet menu and seating/area capacity to promote interactively hence optimal revenue is achieved. Monitor and control seating availability

5. Escorting guest to the seat/table and accompanying them for a short period of time. Ensure the clients feel welcomed and use this opportunity upsell

6. Able to explain the product offerings to the client in charming yet eloquent manners.

7. Act as a Public Relations expert in the outlet.

8. Be responsible for outlet reservation. Coordinate with Floor Supervisor for seat blockings.

9. Liaise with other Service, Bar and Kitchen Team as necessary in case of group reservation etc.

10. Build up relationship with client to promote brand loyalty and invite client to visit the outlet proactively
