for one of our business units – Nusa Penida Beach Resort (5 star) with the details :

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to enhance the overall guest experience
2. Oversee the efficient operation of the resort, managing all aspects of resort operations, staff, and facilities
3. Develop and implement SOPs to maintain the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and service
4. Drive strategies to maximize revenue and occupancies, ensuring profitability and financial growth
5. Foster a guest-centric culture, consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations
6. Recruit, train, and manage a talented team dedicated to upholding the luxury brand standards
7. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and collaboration
8. Implement marketing and sales initiatives to attract new customers and maintain high satisfaction levels among existing customers

QUALIFICATION

• At least 5 years of proven experience as General Manager in a 5* hotel, private villa, or luxury resort
• Strong knowledge of luxury villa operations, including housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and maintenance
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth
• Deep understanding of market trends and competition, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury and excellence
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record in driving high performance
• Has positive attitude, service oriented, passionate, professional with dynamic personality, and high motivated for a long-term collaboration
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
• Able to join immediately is a plus
• Working on a remote location / island is a plus
• Placement in Nusa Penida

REQUIREMENTS :
