General Requirements :
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Reservation Agent in Hotel Industry, Fresh graduate are welcome
- Diploma Degree in hospitality or similar
- Having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with our guest and enhance their overall stay
- Well groomed & good personality
