Our client A Luxurious Restaurant in ubud, Bali seeking for Sales Manager.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our brand's reach. You will be responsible for coordinating sales and marketing efforts, developing promotional campaigns, and building relationships with travel agents, clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Coordinate and promote special events, promotions, and seasonal menus to attract new and repeat customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, travel agents and partners to generate new business and repeat bookings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for restaurant growth.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
• Proven 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Familiar with the travel agents in Bali and have a database of connections.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
