Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service for each guest entering the establishment
2. Ensure a clean environment and that designated tables are properly arranged
3. Awareness of which items are sold out or unavailable daily
4. Actively maintain a clean dining space for guests by clearing away empty glassware
5. Deliver all food items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer
6. Check in with assigned tables periodically to ensure a positive experience for guests
7. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and encourage guests exiting to return soon
8. Present menu to visitors and suggest daily specials
9. Able to work according to the Roster

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English
2. Attention to detail is essential for taking orders correctly
3. Ability to spend an extended period working in a standing position
4. Basic math skills are needed to accurately close out transactions and provide change to customers
5. Ability to multitask the needs of several tables at once is mandatory
6. Previous experience working in the food-service industry is preferred
7. A detailed understanding of the menu and the ability to correctly answer customer questions is needed
8. Ability to work in a group to support an excellent experience for all guests
9. Open-minded and Willing to learn new stuff
