F&B Sales Manager | H Sovereign Bali hotel

As Food and Beverage Sales Manager, you will work with Food and Bverage Department to maximize revenue opportunities through the sale of outlets food, beverage and service.

Food and Beverage Sales Manager will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:

1. Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food and Beverage and hotel 
2. Communicate with target customers and manage guests relationship 
3. Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness 
4. Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market 
5. Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests database
6. Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel 
7. Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities 
8. Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports.
