1. Pria/ Wanita
2. Usia Max. 35 tahun
3. Pendidikan minimal D3 Pariwisata
4. Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di posisi yang sama
5. Berpenampilan menarik
6. Mampu berbahasa inggris
7. Berpengalaman di industri pariwisata (hotel / restaurant)
8. Mengetahui standart mengenai bar product
9. Memiliki daya analisa yang kuat
10. Mampu membuat laporan yang berhubungan dengan FB Bar (Inventory, Operasional, P&L)
11. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, VHP/Reptor)
12. Mampu melakukan training & development ke team
13. Mampu menciptakan variasi menu beverage dan sekaligus menghitung cost
14. Mampu menghandle complain dengan baik dan benar
15. Berorientasi pada target
16. Bertanggungjawab, berpikiran terbuka, dapat dipercaya
17. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
