PURCHASING MANAGER.

Job Description:

1. Lead and manage purchasing department
2. Organize and supervise the process of purchasing, receiving and administration in accordance to SOP 
3. Negotiate with vendors in terms of pricing, payment terms, delivery and quality of goods 
4. Maintain good relationship with current vendors and researching potential vendors 
5. Manage inventory level and warehouse 
6. Develop and coach team members 

Requirements:

1. Age between 35 - 45 years old
2. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Finance 
3. Preferably having experience in Hotel or Food & Beverage Industry, minimum 3 years as Manager/Assistant Manager 
4. Good Communication both verbal and written in Bahasa & English 
5. Good leadership and managerial skills 
6. Negotiation skills 
7. Computer skills : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
8. Honest, meticulous & analytical thinking
